It will take 10-15 minutes in a pressure cooker or about an hour in a regular covered pot on the stove.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Prepare the brown rice as directed \u2013 usually 1 cup dried rice to 2 \u00bc cups water.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Toss green onion, red pepper, carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in rice vinegar.  Refrigerate until other ingredients are ready to be used.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Place all dressing ingredients in the blender and liquify them.  If you don\u2019t have a blender, mince the garlic, ginger (and walnuts) as finely as you can and whisk all ingredients together until well-blended.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>In a large bowl, mix together beans, rice, and dressing.  Place in 4 individual bowls.
