This will take about 7-10 minutes.  When done, set aside to cool.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>While quinoa cooks, shuck corn ears and place directly on a barbecue grill over a medium flame.  Rotate every 2 minutes or so until all sides have a nice roasted appearance.  When the corn is done, set aside to cool until you can handle it.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Meanwhile, place prepared cherry tomatoes, green onions, black beans and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Lay one cooled ear of corn down on a cutting board and slice the corn niblets from the core.  Do this by holding the ear in place with one hand while carefully running your knife down the side of the ear with your other hand.  Rotate the ear onto the flat side and slice again, repeating this process until all niblets have been removed from each of the three ears.  Add the niblets to the other vegetables.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, garlic, salsa and salt.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Add quinoa and liquid mixture to the bowl of vegetables.  Stir until well combined.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Can be served immediately or chilled until ready to be served.
